Together, they produce high-quality samples with ultra-high precision and excellent engineering performance, perfectly showcasing the Martrix 520's material compatibility and precision technology prowess as a professional-grade 3D printer.

Technological Prowess

In tests with Liqcreate, the Martrix first demonstrated excellent material compatibility and a user-friendly design with highly customizable printing parameters. This allows users to control various detail data such as layer thickness and exposure time, truly achieving DIY 3D printing from all process aspects. Thus, most 405 nm wavelength resin materials can be transformed into high-precision, high-quality 3D printed samples by the Martrix, further enhancing design scalability and effectively optimizing the workflow efficiency of 3D printing studios.

Representing Liqcreate's various resin materials, Premium Model, Strong-X, and Tough-X possess superior engineering performance, with unique advantages in strength, hardness, and toughness. Thanks to Martrix's excellent optical performance, Martrix 520 leverages Liqcreate's high-quality resins to achieve ultra-high precision, with an average maximum precision error of just 0.75 micrometers, significantly below the Martrix 520's own pixel size of 46 micrometers. This truly meets the high-precision requirements of various industries, marking a new breakthrough for Martrix in applications across all sectors.

Technology Upgraded

The Martrix series is committed to providing professional users with the highest quality professional-grade desktop 3D printing solutions, standing out among many similar products with exceptional printing precision, quality, material compatibility, and streamlined workflows. The proprietary Adjustable High-Energy Control (AHEC) technology can adaptively adjust the printing process based on high energy density. Supported by this technology, Martrix 190 utilizes its high-power LED chip, high-transparency exposure screen, and quality cooling system to achieve outstanding energy density of the light source.

Building upon the Martrix 190, the newly upgraded Martrix 520 incorporates quasi-industrial components to further enhance printing precision, almost reaching industrial-level standards. Additionally, a 13.6-inch 7K high-precision LCD screen and a 16L large build volume significantly boost Martrix 520's multitasking capabilities, greatly increasing production efficiency. Moreover, with the help of a low-peel release film and high-precision linear guide, the Martrix 520 achieves a printing speed of up to 90mm/h, offering users higher precision without the hassle of jagged edges or sample deformation.
